Since that post, I have looked through their adjoining supermarket. Great stuff. Real butchers making real chorizo. Dried chillies, herbs and spices. I am going to do some research and see if I can make my own "chili powder" from their large selection. |
You must like authentic. I went there and prefer the American versions we have here in The Villages. I'm not very exotic when it comes to food.
