Oh, yea I know that next house is just waiting for us to be Nuckafied. I would love a beautiful house where a pipe erupted and needs massive work and sells for a song. Not much of a chance though as there is a network of buyers and realtors already set up to vacuum these homes up before we even know they are available. I don't blame them one bit. Just have to find out who to take care of to get Nothing more than The Sale O The Century!
