It's the people on the Historic Side that make it beautiful. The majority are friendly and happy and good to be around. We will not take a shot at the other parts of TV'S, we just noticed it is different elsewhere. Very Nice but different.

So purchasing a home to knock down or an empty lot to build on in no way ties you to TVs builder at all? New owners are completely free to bring in anyone they choose?
