I would buy a pony keg from the local liquor store for about $40 and it held not quite 8 gallons, which came out to about 80 12 oz draft beers, that's about 50 cents a beer. Of course a restaurant is buying full size kegs at wholesale, that's a great markup item to be giving up. I think I would find a way to build a separate cooler for the kegs.

That may be in the works as the Taps & Lines have not been removed. Space is a big problem there.
