We used an auctioneer who came to our Pa. home and hauled EVERYTHING away and sold it at his auctionhouse. We also used huge trash dumpsters to throw things out. We gave to charity boxes and boxes of clothing. We thought we were in great shape prior to our move into our Camillia. After all, we only had "boxes", a few pieces of fitness equipment, some bicycles to move. WRONG! I had no idea how much "stuff' we still transported (by Allied) and how much space we still needed. Now we regret not having a golf cart garage (we have 2 cars). Your challenge is ... just when you think you've downsized to the bare bones, downsize some more. You are doing a VERY smart thing by leasing first.
