another way to tell is to move your mouse over the link (don't click on it)...depending on your email program and/or browser, you should be able to see the address that it intends to take you to. It may say
www.suntrust.com but when you "mouse over" it it usually will show you a totally unrelated address that you will be redirected to... a sure sign of fraud.
