La Plaza Grande North is about to get a major makeover.
The Villages filed a revitalization plan which will allow the present tenants to remain while improving parking and traffic flow. Five buildings will be / have been demolished.
The buildings will be replaced with three new buildings.
El Ranchito Mexican restaurant, the Circle K and Tire Choice will not be impacted by the construction.
