I do know the sparrows are an invasive species brought from another country and causing havoc to the native species, but I did not know they make a lot of noise.
I think OP's only option is to drown out the noise somehow.

I would guarantee that the bird in question is a Mocking Bird, they sing all day and all night in the mating season. They will continue their noise until the babies are raised and gone and they will go too, they will be back this time next year when they will do it all over again.
