Just to be clear. Fenney is a Village, part of the 80 Villages that makes up THE VILLAGES. There is no quarry in Fenney. There is a quarry less than ten miles from Fenney.
There is also another thing that happens frequently about this kind of misinformation and focus on negatives. There are those whose agenda is to try to keep people from coming to The Villages for a variety of reasons. They are involved in another competitive over 55 community. They are realtors who cannot sell NEW homes in The Villages, (the new homes in The Villages are only sold by Villages agents) or they do not wish for The Villages to add population because they feel there is too much traffic and too many people.
