Just saying that they are kind of dull. Facebook is a lot more interesting for political discussion. And if you do not like one of the people jumping in on your discussion; you can just delete their posts from your Facebook page's purview.
A Talk of the Villages Political Forum reboot might be interesting but they should require some back-up for things that others might not believe. Like documentation of a reasonable nature.
