Same as saying left handed people have a higher IQ than right handed people.
On to the subject posted by the OP. (1) You can make friends by joining the “ridge runners and stump jumpers”. (2). Have a conversation with the new neighbors (Less than 50% chance that will work but at least you made a try). Or finally (3) call an Agent and put your place on the market. We actually sold our home here in The Villages to a couple who decided on number 3. They are still very happy as far as I know.
