The evolution of Fenney is no different than any of the new area prior to them with one exception.
Fenney, temporary, initial disconnection from the rest of TV.
In that regard they are unique as the rest of TV was more like a rolling, expanding, evolving continuum. As for lack of shopping/etc we have all been through that as well....it will come.
Not sure why TV developers chose to do the development of Fenney before other points north. In less than 5 years it will all be a moot discussion. The topic then will be the next expansion of TV!!
