I remember many years ago when we lived in a rather exclusive area of our city and we were burdened with a neighbor who had no respect for quiet living. Our son was into music, recordings, etc etc. We had an original sound effect tape that came with a prerecording to demonstrate multiple sound. He hooked this up to the sound effects, opened the window on their side of the house and played what was a very loud sound effect of a train going through the openings between out homes. End of loud noise.!!
