Yeah, I can see how it would be much easier to convince a restaurant to let a bunch of people show up, hang out taking up seats...but not order anything.
Oh wait, didn't the last place that said it was OK...go out of business?
I'm sure that unfortunate result though, was not reflective...on poor business decisions in general.
