I was at the Sumter Square a few nights ago. One lady was dancing with her dog on the dance floor, I turned a corner on the sidewalk and there were about 3 couples standing there with their dogs and one large dog jumped up on me. The dog was on a leash but it was obviously too long! Not surprised at our loss of controls. We actually have little resident police controls as the Sheriff is obviously under staffed and not able to keep up with the fast growth. There is a little traffic controls, (e.g. speeding) but that is about it. The Developer could care less about resident controls as he is about selling real estate and the last thing he wants to spend money on scaring away future buyers. These are both rescipe's for failure. Given these, why is anyone surprised that we have problems.
