  • 56 Verandas have been sold
  • Last year 2,215 preowned residences sold (in Daily Sun article)
  • Last year, 2,193 new residences sold (in Daily Sun article)
  • Average selling price for preowned = $277,000
  • Average days on market for preowned = 47 days
