Kind of makes you miss places like Stew Lenoards in Conn. They were featured on 60 Minutes one time. When you entered their large market there was a sign over the door that gave their rules. They were, Rule 1 The Customer is always right. If having a problem understanding rule 1 go to rule 2 which says see rule 1. And they meant it. As a customer they always ensured your satisfaction. What a great and successful store.
