Thank you! That is a start. These are lifelong Californians and while they have spent a little time on the Atlantic coast they really do not know it or understand very well.

They literally cannot believe how low the real estate taxes are in that area. They are in their mid sixties. Their adult children are in their thirties now so schools are not an issue.
