i think it may be hard for non villagers to realize that with the charter high school located on the outer boundary of the villages that we residents rarely see large groups of teenagers unless we visit the school to watch sports events or happen to be at the villages public library when school has just gotten out.
as with so many aspects of villages life it has to be experienced first hand to really be understood.
i would never tell anyone they wouldn't be happy living in tv just because they prefer not to live where unsupervised large groups of teenagers are an issue. that's really not the case here in tv.
