It does get better this time of the year......staffing in season is difficult so complaints always increase during that time of the year. We have used the ER a couple times not in season (maybe lucky) and have found them to be competent and caring and time in there was dependent on condition. Glad your experience was also positive although I wince just thinking about a kidney stone
