There are several threads that address this question, including cord cutting options. "Generally" speaking internet is internet and cable is cable. Overall reliability can vary for no apparent reasons as well. That said, Comcast does have the most technologically advanced system, BUT generally speaking they have the ABSOLUTLY WORST customer service. Their billing system will cause you to make monthly calls to customer service and from there you are entering the 7 levels of hell. This has been documented here within TOTV and national surveys.
