Think about that, increasingly new retirees are relying on their 401k to fund themselves in retirement. Now look at the price of homes in 2016 vs. now. I believe the growth in 2017 was 4.5%. With the current administration's pro business stance the market and I postulate, the value of retirees homes, will continue to escalate
