So here's the thing - when people do what you speak of and feel no remorse that is such a sad thing. A normal person may do that in a devilish moment and have a momentary high, but will almost immediately realize their error (that pit in the stomach moment) and will feel remorseful knowing they hurt someone else. Often, they will be quick to want to rectify their error. But unfortunately, some people can't even see who they really are. I have often referred to it as a lack of ability to look in the mirror and see their own reflection. And ironically, they will often think they are exactly who they profess to be against. Again, just can not see themselves - probably some kind of psychological something or other.
I say it's a sad thing because it is such a waste to live your life that way. You, Nucky, like to make people laugh. I like to make people smile. Both, IMHO, are better ways to spend one's time.
