Half Moon Bay in California is perfect. Louisiana and Florida are worst. Klamath Falls in Oregon is bad - too cold in winter with heavy wet snow and too hot in summers which are so short that planting annuals is futile.

If I could pick just one place to live in, it would have NC springs, VT falls, CA (northern coastal) summers, and FL winters - all combined into one place.
