Movement, flashing lights, noise all make birds uncomfortable.
Inexpensive idea that works well. You cut strips of mylar gift wrap-that silver plastic stuff. You put about 20 or so strips together making something like a pom pom girls what ever it is called. Any slight breeze will case it to flutter, flash light, make noise your bird will move out. OH-don't give him my address
