Post Trailwinds development new addition

Further development is now happening at the Trailwinds area. The Trailwinds Village Seniour Living Community is now moving forward and will be built south of the Village of St. James and west of the Sandhill golf course. This will be a 4 story 169,000 sq ft building with 176 residential units. I can't help but feel bad for those living next to this area as the construction for the next year will be dusty and noisy for them.

I'm sure there are going to be a lot of unhappy residents that will now have this as the view from their back yard. Unfortunately, they didn't buy the view, they purchased land that was adjacent to someone else's undeveloped property and had the view of this property as a free benefit. If you want to buy the view, you have to buy the land. If the "realtor said" anything about "build-out" or the land never going to be develop, they lied.

Remember, The Villages/Developer is not building this and has zero say on what happens on this property.
