Hypodermically (Sorry) speaking I believe it would depend on the history of the Poster and the Case load, personal opinion of the Judge. As we know there is a whole lot of room for interpretation dependent on these and other factors.
If you are speaking of the one of which I think you speak, forget it, it stands no matter what. Wack up a recipe, don't waste time trying to figure that one out. Nothing good can come from this, best to let it go.
