Did you see the look of pain on his face as he was getting in the patrol unit? I hope it was because they tuned him up or because they didn't double lock the cuffs and they were cutting into his wrists.
It's too bad that the sorry ******* didn't give the Trooper a reason to discharge his weapon. I hope he rots in prison.
