You are very fortunate that you have never had a problem with Comcast. It is almost clear to me I would be better off with Comcast over Century link price wise and speed wise but that isn't the most important thing to me. They traumatized me so badly a long time ago that I turned down a $400 or $500 Visa card to switch last summer like all my neighbors did.
