I just learned that Chromebook requires Internet connection for most things. So it would be a good idea to go to the Computer Club to see how it works.
My granddaughter's sixth grade class was given Chromebooks by the school so they could learn how to compute - and so everything goes into the cloud, giving the school a way to monitor their activities and evaluate their progresses.
