Villa communities don't have any cul-de-sacs with greenery and irrigation that needs to be maintained but their maintenance assessments include those costs also. Both are district assets that need to be maintained. You may not own a golf cart but a portion of the budget goes to maintaining the MMP. What if you have two golf carts? You don't get charged double for that portion of the budget do you?
