Yesterday was inside eating at recently opens new restaurant. Lady walked down the isle between tables/booths pushing baby carriage with two small dogs inside. The dogs was well mannered, but I could tell they were stressed. What I don't understand why would you drag the dogs and carriage to go out and eat inside restaurants? Maybe I don't understand why my pets has to go everywhere I go?
