The property was under development most of last year, just leveling the ground, building streets, irrigation, sewage, lights, signage, etc. Then Lowes started construction in the fall and opened in January, Aldis and ABC Liquor opened in May.

With TV owning Pinellas Plaza across the street, the one with Winn Dixie and Subway, Square 1 Burger, Darrell's Diner. They are not going to make it easier for you to shop across the street at a competitor, you'll have to drive your car. In fact TV ran a split rail fence all the way around Sand Hill Executive Golf Course on the corner in case someone had the idea they could cut through the course in their cart. Doesn't seem to hurt the businesses, Lowes parking lot is usually full as well as Aldis and the liquor store.
Sometimes you have to fight the man !!!
