Barn finds are becoming increasingly more common as a result of “real” barn finds going for big money. People are taking junkers, stuffing them in barns and covering them with dirt, dust and junk. They’ll take pictures so as to “document” their find and then head to an auction and get more for the car as a barn find rather then a junker. They describe a car desperately needing rust removal and a paint job as having a nice “patina”. As PT Barnum supposedly said, “ there’s a sucker point every minute”. Of course we NOTHINGS are smarter than that [emoji3]
