Yep.
When you have different tee times playing
totally different courses, (and not just the usual different weather conditions experienced on Thu/Fri) as seen in the third round, it isn't 'fair'... by any stretch of the imagination.
Even the USGA admitted their mistake and culpability...for Saturday.
