Just don't spend your jury duty pay in one place.
Where I reside in Cook County, Illinois, jurors get $17.20 per day. That is the same amount I received in the early 1990's when I served on the jury duty for 3 weeks. No one gets rich serving on a jury.
Could not imagine having to serve as a juror for multi-month long trial like the O.J. Simpson trial.
