The difference in the summers here and up north is that they last about five weeks in most places up north and about five months in Florida.
I know in Massachusetts we'd usually get one or two weeks of 90 degrees in July and August.
What strikes me as funny is the people who live here full time and complain about the heat. It's Florida and it's July. What did you think it was going to be?
