We have been tasked with choosing a Broadway play to see with our 14-year old granddaughter. She is in NYC for two weeks to dance with the Joffrey dance troupe. Any suggestions? My Fair Lady has good reviews.
Highly recommend the musical, Anastasia. Purrrrfect for a 14 yr old. I'm sure she knows the story. The dancing is top notch and the choreographed visuals are memorable. I happen to know the lead Christy Altomare from her PA. high school productions. Super. crystal clear voice, memorable production, and you might get a chance to talk to her at the stage door afterward. There is a pivotal Swan Lake performance that I'm sure any promising ballerina will enjoy. Its recently been extended for another years run.
