The large paddle (with the obligatory holes for aerodynamics of course), hanging outside the Vice Principal's personal office door, which was very visible behind the long counter of 'The Office'...was NOTHING but a strong deterrent to hooliganism.
Not a TOTAL deterrent, unfortunately...just a strong one.
