Of which, the first three also are involved with the special events/rally's...which have never been a problem.

If The Developer really wanted to do fireworks...the last (USCG) would be rubber-stamped like the others.

So it still boils down to what The Developer wants, or technically I suppose the LSL VCDD...which IS The Developer.
