If you are in a golf cart give the rightaway to cars or trucks. Don't let them wave you through.
If you are in a car or truck you have the rightaway and don't wave carts ahead of you to cross in front of you.
It is simple if you follow these situations.
In a car don't think you are being friendly by letting a cart go ahead of you. It helps to know who is doing what.
