It took some digging but I think I found the building you are referring to in the footage I shot yesterday. Is it the one circled in
red in the first picture?
If so it looks to be a part of the softball field complex based on the location. Of course it could be something else based on the big blank spot in the second picture, I can't find anything yet on what is going in that location beyond being labeled Magnolia Plaza, a commercial area.
I'm not a part of the developer's inner circle so I have to rely on what I can dig up in public records.
