I don't know if Sam's is carrying something different than Walmart, but these are in stock at the neighborhood Walmart store in Colony. I believe the price is $20 for a pound and a half.

The Villages Florida

Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Serving suggestion: to thaw: quickest: place snow crab under cold running water for 3-5 minutes. Best: place snow crab in shallow pan And thaw slowly under refrigeration for 10-12 hours. To heat: broil: place thawed crab in the shell on broiler rack in the oven. Broil for 4-5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve with melted butter or margarine. Bake: preheat conventional oven to 400 f (200 c). Place thawed crab on a baking sheet And bake for 4-7 minutes. Steam: fill bottom (3/4" in depth) of large stock pot with water. Heat water to a boil. Place thawed snow crab in steam basket And steam in pot over medium heat for about 4 minutes or until crab is thoroughly heated. To serve cold: re-chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes after steaming.

I haven't bought any of these since I read reviews before trying something new. Here is a review:

When we first started purchasing these Crablegs they were absolutely DELICIOUS! Now, I'm not sure what has happened! Are they out of season???? We had received a NASTY batch and I spoke with customer service to request they open the box before I would purchase them again. So, we decided to get back on our WEEKLY routine of Crab from this company until last week. We will not purchase these anymore as it is very disappointing to pay so much for something you love and open the box to Garbage!!! They should make the boxes clear, so you can see what you are receiving. Back to the Seafood counter for crab that we can see before we buy! So very disappointing to have to Toss money and my absolute favorite food in the Garbage!!
