Know NOTHING about the eggs and Korea,but they are. Delicacy in China. I’ve had them. My Chinese manager say you only eat a bit at a time. NOTHING was truer.
BTW, I think I read they are preserved in lime, not soil. I think China is the most advanced in preserving food.
