This is not the
screws, but the fixture itself.
The glass globe itself is suspended on a rod that connects to a bottom
decorative flange that holds the globe to the fixture.
The decorative flange is the part that corrodes and breaks apart from the connecting rod.
It is the glass globe that falls from the bottom and breaks.
The chain and bulb itself are still hanging.
