This is dangerous if someone happpens to be standing under them.
Has anyone experienced this?
Please post and also PM me.
Our house was 7 years old when the globe fell shattered glass everywhere. It sounded like a explosion. The inside was corroded.
Warranty department gave me the original installer. They agreed that it was corroded, company said it was from multiple power washing and water ran inside. Home was preowned so I could not dispute explanation. Replacement light, led bulbs, and installation was $287.00.
When Steve King painted our home this year, all lights were removed, there were no corroded parts. We were just glad the fedex guy was not standing there when it happened. Call warranty department to see who did install maybe you have better luck.
I am up north so I do not have the name of the original company. Sorry... Please do not PM me....every time someone does I get kicked out of TOTV for 10 days until mod can reinstate me.
