I go by boat with friends from a residential dock.. There is a lot of parking there.. Visit it before next year and find a place near restrooms to park and come early, bring snacks and drinks and stay late for a more enjoyable experience.. You can actually sit in Your car and watch them I believe..Hope this helps..
