My situation is similar to yours except I have to wait until I sell my Oregon home before moving to TV........ and I don't know when that will be in this buyer's market :dontknow:
And, I am favoring the historic district because of the more scenic landscaping and the beautiful Orange Blossom pool where I'd love to hang out.
