We have people knocking on our door to buy our house. The problem is in our township you need a certificate of occupancy to sell. We are at the mercy of our township authorities. EPA guidelines also play into the matter, but it is a ridiculously minor thing. I don't want to fight the feds as well. We've had several people in real estate througout the country who have looked into our situation. Not for NOTHING, but no one has ever seen anything like this.
