There actually is a Nucky Code Book. It's very easy to follow most of the time but since I'm not perfect sometimes I stray with my message. They all seem pretty good to me. I glean the meaning of others less than perfect diction without pointing it out. So as we trudge this happy road towards NOTHING together feel free to ask for clarification as needed.
